How to Renew Your ATIA Accreditation

As the peak body for the Australian travel industry, we remain committed to supporting and advocating for accredited businesses. In return, we ask that you complete your accreditation renewal before it expires on the 30th March 2026.

The renewal portal is now open and we ask you to please complete your renewal as soon as possible, renewing promptly ensures we can continue to be your voice and stand alongside you, providing the support, guidance and advocacy our industry relies on.

How to Complete Your Renewal

  1. Log into the  ATIA website using your username and password.
  2. Navigate to the Member Services tab and select My ATIA Application/Renewal.
  3. Click the ATAS Application box on the right side of the landing page.
  4. Click Apply to Renew to start a new application, or select Edit Application if you have already commenced your renewal.
  5. Review the pre-populated information and confirm all details. Please check the red # symbols indicating sections that require confirmation.
  6. Upload your current PI and PL insurance documents as required.
  7. Upload your full 2025 financial statements. These must be prepared by an external accountant. Management reports or internal system generated documents are not sufficient.
  8. Confirm your TTV, being your gross travel sales, in Section 6 of the application.
  9. Submit your application once all sections are marked complete.
