The AAC plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the Australian Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS) continues to uphold the highest standards of integrity, trust and professionalism across the travel sector. Members of the AAC provide input into policy, governance and reform initiatives that strengthen the industry’s reputation, support consumer confidence, and help shape future travel standards. The appointment term is two years, with a minimum of three meetings per year (held virtually or in person). Members are expected to participate in at least 75% of meetings. Members are appointed by the ATIA Board which aims for balanced representation across sectors, business types, experience and geography. Nominations close on 30 November 2025.
