ATIA Accreditation is the Australian travel industry's benchmark for professional standards and business credibility, with membership providing not only recognition but also a suite of industry resources, professional support and data insights.

Accreditation recognises travel businesses that meet clearly defined criteria across ethical conduct, compliance and sound business practices. It reflects a commitment to operating responsibly and professionally within Australia's legal and industry standards.

For travel businesses, ATIA Accreditation supports credibility and professional standing with customers, suppliers and partners, while providing access to practical resources, guidance and industry data that support compliance and contribute to customer confidence and sustainable business growth.

For consumers, ATIA Accreditation provides reassurance that a business has been independently assessed against industry criteria.

ATIA Accreditation is a voluntary, industry-led scheme open to travel intermediaries who buy and sell travel. Applicants are assessed against the ATIA Charter and Code, and accreditation is maintained through an annual submission process.

While ATIA takes care and due diligence in administering the accreditation scheme, accreditation does not constitute a guarantee of solvency, insurance or a compensation arrangement. ATIA is not a government body.
