ATIA to host Performance Management webinar for members

Building and sustaining high-performing teams is a priority for every successful business, yet it can be one of the most challenging areas for leaders to navigate.

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting members, the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) will host a webinar on Thursday 28 May, equipping attendees with the clarity and confidence to manage and elevate team performance whilst maintaining high standards and a positive, productive workplace.  The 30-minute presentation will be led by Fiona Corbett, at Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors.

The session will guide members through setting clear expectations and KPIs, addressing issues early and structuring performance conversations to drive results. A simple template for documenting performance concerns will also be provided, as well as guidance for when it is necessary to formalise performance issues.

This webinar is exclusively for ATIA accredited members and ideal for business owners and managers looking to proactively manage performance whilst supporting their staff.
