31 July Travel industry voters race to cast their votes ahead of NTIA polls closing on 8 August July 31, 2025 By Amanda Rixon Media Release, National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) 0 More than 4500 votes have already been cast for nominees in the popularly selected categories of the 2025 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) ahead of voting closing at 5pm AEST on Friday 8 August. The strong early turnout comes as voting has also commenced in the NTIA’s newest category - Most Popular Trade Media Publication - which celebrates the role of trade media in sharing industry news and insights. The self-nominated Trade Media category has attracted entries from: LATTE Travel Monitor Travel Weekly Traveltalk The top five voted companies in each category will be announced as finalists in mid-August. Voting is open to anyone employed within the Australian Travel Industry, ensuring broad industry participation. However, to maintain fairness, voters cannot vote for their own company. The year’s NTIA features a refined list of, now, 37 categories providing more opportunities than ever before to shine a spotlight on exceptional individuals, teams and businesses. Winners will be announced at the NTIA Gala at The Star Brisbane on Saturday 18 October 2025, following the Beyond Borders Summit the day before which will bring together cross-industry learning and networking opportunities.
